Klapp is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. Before using the app, the user must confirm that they are of legal age.

• Providing false information or falsifying age results in immediate account closure.

We actively monitor the safety of the platform. Users can submit a report (Report/Flag) on any profile and chat, which is reviewed by administrators.

• Administrators have the right to remove any account and content at any time.

Platform services run on a token basis. Tokens are purchased through the Stripe secure payment gateway. Posting a listing is free. Tokens can be used to unlock chats (2 tokens), send messages (0.05 tokens per message) and buy call minutes.

• Payments run through Stripe and card details are not stored on Klapp servers.
• Tokens are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Prices may change; the valid price is shown at the time of purchase.

Contact details may be shared freely in chat. The only contact detail collected is a phone number, which the listing owner can share manually via a dedicated button when they choose. Messages and contact details are not automatically masked.

• Respectful behaviour towards others is mandatory.
• Harassment, threats and hate speech are prohibited.
• Participation of minors or sharing content depicting minors is prohibited.
• Fraud, spam and depressing repetitive posting are prohibited.
• Profile pictures and content must be your own and lawful.
• Public display of sexual content in the discovery feed is prohibited.

In case of rule violations or suspicious activity, an administrator may block the account and its associated IP address and permanently delete the account data. The user can delete their own account at any time from the app settings. Blocking decisions are final.

Data collected:

• Contact indicators: email (username), display name, age, gender, city, country, phone number.
• Content: profile picture, listing text, chat messages and media.
• Security: IP address for security and blocking purposes.
• Payments: the transaction is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.

Data is not sold to third parties. Data is used only to operate the service, ensure safety and fulfil legal obligations. User rights: access, correction and deletion (GDPR). To delete your data, write from the app settings or send us a request.

Klapp only provides a meeting environment and communication service. Klapp is not responsible for what happens between users, meetings or offline communication. Users are themselves responsible for their actions and the risks of meetings. We recommend following general safety measures (e.g. first meetings in a public place).

Terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use the app after a change, you agree to the updated terms. Important changes are announced in the app.
